Il Rifugio di Venere: La villa Paolina Bonaparte a Viareggio

The catalogue of this small exhibition held in Pauline's villa in Viareggio (Italy) not only includes entries of interest on the objects on display but also four articles, one by Giulia Gorgone of the Museo Napoleonico in Rome entitled “Paolina Bonaparte, the restless princess”, and three by Glauco Borella of the Sopraintendenza of Pisa, entitled “Viareggio and Paolina at the end of her life”, “The refuge of Venus”, and “The complicated destiny of a princess's villa”. It is published by the Lucca publishing house Maria Pacini Fazzi editore.
